Real Estate Appraiser

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Appraiser located in Lakewood, OH. The Trainee Appraiser will assist with property appraisals, data collection, and analysis. Responsibilities will include conducting field inspections, measuring properties, taking photographs, and preparing appraisal reports. The role also involves reviewing property records, verifying data accuracy, and assisting senior appraisers with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of property appraisal principles and practices
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and record-keeping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Relevant coursework or experience in real estate, finance, or a related field is a plus
• Possession or willingness to obtain trainee appraiser certification/license
