We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Service Representative to support our service department and enhance the customer experience across our dealerships.

Position Overview:
The BDC Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for service customers. This role focuses on inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound service calls and respond to online inquiries promptly
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls regarding maintenance reminders and missed appointments
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure customer needs are met
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals

Qualifications:

• Prior BDC, call center, or automotive service experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling high call volume
• Basic computer skills and CRM experience a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
