Position Overview:
The BDC Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for service customers. This role focuses on inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound service calls and respond to online inquiries promptly
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Make outbound follow-up calls regarding maintenance reminders and missed appointments
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure customer needs are met
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals
Qualifications:
- Prior BDC, call center, or automotive service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling high call volume
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
