Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a BDC / Internet Sales Representative! We are a very busy dealership with plenty of earning opportunity! BDC Experience a Plus but not necessary, we will pay to train!
***This is a commission based job***
An employee in this position will earn a weekly salary plus commission
Responsible for:
- Logging potential customer information into computer system
- Setting sales appointments with potential customers
- Fielding phone call and email inquiries coming into the dealership
- Following up with customers after visiting the dealership
- Work closely with sale and service departments to create a pleasant customer experience

Requirements
- Strong, efficient communication skills via phone and email
- Effectively manage assigned leads according to our process
- Set and confirm sales/service appointments
- Work with sales staff to coordinate follow up appointments
- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to engage with our customers in a friendly manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and rudeness in a calm, professional manner
- Strong time management and organization skills
