Habberstad BMW, a premier luxury automotive dealership with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Process new and used vehicle sales billing quickly and accurately
- Verify vehicle deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
- Submit contracts to financial institutions and follow up on funding
- Post transactions to the general ledger
- Prepare and submit DMV documentation
- Communicate with the sales department, banks, and management to resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive billing experience required
- Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and documentation
- Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership management systems preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
