Volkswagen of Huntington is looking for an Automotive Biller.
Mandatory hours monday 9AM-5PM Tuesday off Wednesday 10AM- 7PM Thursday 12PM-8PM Friday 9AM - 4PM Saturday 11AM- 7PM Sunday 11AM-5PM ALT.
Candidate should possess outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills and be computer proficient. General accounting knowledge is also helpful.
Requirements:
- Must have open availability.
- Dependable, Detail Oriented Self Starter.
- Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Organization and follow up skills.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process DMV paperwork for all states
- Process state registration documents
- Resolve title/insurance issues
- Proof Reading and verifying documents
- Deal packaging
- Bill wholesales/ swaps
- Maintain electronic police books in VERIFI system
- Manage plate and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date
- Stock in new cars
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
- Participate in busy office as a team player
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task in Fast Paced Work Environment with fluctuating Deadlines
- Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer Software (preferred but not required)
- Experience with NYS VERIFI
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
