$21.44–$25.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

This is not a sit-down warehouse job. You’ll be on your feet, handling materials, checking accuracy, and working closely with production and shipping.

What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Enter receipt data into the system and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Transport materials to proper storage locations using forklifts or other equipment
- Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory practices where applicable
- Identify and report damaged or non-conforming materials
- Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance
- Work with production, shipping, and purchasing to keep materials flowing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (data entry, Excel, email)
- Ability to read packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Works independently and as part of a team
- You like staying organized and keeping things accurate
- You take pride in catching mistakes before they become problems
- You don’t need constant supervision to stay productive
- You’re willing to learn systems, processes, and equipment
- 2 years forklift experience
- Warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP/WMS
- On your feet most of the shift
- Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs
- Operating forklifts and material handling equipment
