Assembly Laborer – Day Shift
Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 4-day work week
Pay
$21.44–$25.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that
What This Job Is
You’ll be part of a team building large, custom HVAC units used in commercial and industrial settings.
This is not a slow, repetitive assembly-line job. The work changes, the pace is steady, and you’ll be expected to stay engaged and contribute every day.
This is hands-on, physical work using tools. You’ll be moving, building, and working as part of a team that takes pride in what gets shipped out the door.
This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble components of HVAC units
- Use hand and power tools daily
- Install panels, coils, doors, and hardware
- Read measurements and follow build instructions
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
