Finishing Laborer – Night Shift
Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM | 4-day work week
Paid lunch 5% shift differential
Pay
$21.44–$25.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that
What This Job Is
You’ll be part of the team responsible for the final steps before units ship out.
This is where quality matters most. You’ll be installing final components, sealing, cleaning, and making sure each unit is complete and ready for the customer.
This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail and pride in the finished product. If something is off, you catch it and fix it.
This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.
What You’ll Do

• Install final components like doors, louvers, and hardware
• Caulk, seal, and prep units for shipment
• Clean and inspect units before they leave the floor
• Wrap and protect units for transport
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

Preferred Experience

• Construction, manufacturing, or finishing/detail work
• Experience with caulking, sealing, or similar tasks
• Welding experience (helpful, not required)

The Work

• On your feet most of the shift
• Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs
• Fast-paced, team environment
