What You'll Do
- Service and maintain residential water treatment equipment including softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, well pumps, and water heaters
- Diagnose system issues and perform repairs efficiently and accurately
- Conduct water testing and evaluate system performance
- Educate homeowners on water quality, system operation, and maintenance
- Provide clear recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or replacements
- Maintain accurate service records in ServiceTitan
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
- Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of service or technical experience (water treatment experience highly preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in the water treatment industry
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Must provide your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
