What You'll Do
- Install, diagnose and repair residential water systems, with a focus on water treatment equipment, well tanks, well pumps, and water heaters.
- Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades
- Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and drinking water quality
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and comply with codes and internal policies
- Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of technical experience in the water industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient with plumbing tools and familiar with local codes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role
- Plumbing licensure or relevant certifications are a plus
