What You'll Do
· Service and maintain residential water treatment equipment including softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, well pumps, and water heaters
· Diagnose system issues and perform repairs efficiently and accurately
· Conduct water testing and evaluate system performance
· Educate homeowners on water quality, system operation, and maintenance
· Provide clear recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or replacements
· Maintain accurate service records in ServiceTitan
· Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
· Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
· 1–3 years of service or technical experience (water treatment experience highly preferred)
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Excellent customer service and communication abilities
· Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to learn and grow in the water treatment industry
· Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
· Must provide your own basic hand tools
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
