Construction Laborer
H&R Const. Co., a highway construction contractor in Dalton, Minnesota, is now taking applications for a Construction Laborer.
Construction Laborer Responsibilities:
- Hauling, loading, and unloading various tools, materials, and equipment
- Safely operating company vehicles and equipment
- Traveling throughout Minnesota, primarily Monday through Friday
- Pouring concrete
- Pounding guardrail and signposts
- Installing signs, guardrail, and overhead sign structures
- Performing other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience operating various hand and power tools
- Following oral and written instructions
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift moderately heavy objects
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Construction Experience
- Experience with equipment used in signing and guardrail (Boom Truck, Skid Steer, Backhoe, etc.)
