Role Description
The District General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple locations in the Western CO area. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes hiring, training, and coaching staff to drive business results. Responsibilities include managing overall district performance, developing strategies to achieve financial goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. Collaboration with team leaders, effective communication, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve excellence are integral to this role.
