Position: Trademark Paralegal – NYC 5 days a week on site
Role Overview:
Our client is a $7bn revenue generating business with a strong focus on soft IP, specifically trademark prosecution and maintenance, to join their team.
As a Trademark Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing trademark docketing and supporting all aspects of trademark prosecution and portfolio management. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all deadlines are met and filings are accurate, helping to protect valuable brand assets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Trademark Paralegal, with a focus on soft IP and trademark prosecution.
- Strong expertise in docketing systems and calendar management.
- Familiarity with USPTO processes and international trademark filings is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with legal teams and clients.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
