Position Overview
The firm is seeking a highly motivated Analyst / Associate to join its investment team. This role offers significant responsibility early on, with hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring.
The position offers a clear and accelerated career trajectory, with a defined path to Vice President and senior leadership roles as the platform continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, credit analyses, and investment memoranda
- Support comprehensive due diligence across all transactions
Deal Execution
- Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities
- Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing processes
Market & Industry Research
- Conduct deep-dive analysis across a wide range of sectors (technology, consumers, services, industrials etc)
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
Portfolio Management
- Track portfolio company performance and financial results
- Support ongoing engagement with management teams and sponsors
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in private credit or leveraged finance investment banking
- Strong financial modelling, credit underwriting, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or advanced degree a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a lean, collaborative environment
