Our client, a major brand acquisition company based in midtown Manhattan that owns and manages famous global fashion brands, seeks to hire a Trademark Paralegal, which will report directly to the company’s General Counsel. Applicants must be capable of independently managing all aspects of large global trademark portfolios, as well as helping in-house counsel manage trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Experience transitioning large trademark portfolios from one owner and trademark platform to another is desirable. Applicants MUST have at least 2 years experience as a trademark paralegal to be considered.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
