Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Provide outstanding customer service at every home visit
- Educate customers on system conditions, maintenance, and repair options
- Document all work performed using company technology
- Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure high‑quality service
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
- EPA certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional communication and a customer‑first approach
- Valid driver’s license & 21 yrs old per company policy
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well with a team
