What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently across our service areas
- Coordinate daily routes to maximize productivity and minimize drive time
- Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal team members
- Manage work orders, updates, and notes in our dispatch software
- Handle schedule changes, emergencies, and customer inquiries calmly and professionally
- Support a smooth customer experience from call‑in to job completion
What We’re Looking For
- Prior dispatch experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
- Customer‑first mindset with attention to detail
- Previous experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred
