About the Role
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for managing residential installation projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing jobsite workflow, ensuring high‑quality installations, mentoring junior installers, and maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
- Lead residential installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Perform system replacements, ductwork, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications
- Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Coordinate with office staff, service teams, and management to ensure smooth project completion
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of residential equipment and installation best practices
- EPA certification
- Ability to lead and motivate a team on the jobsite
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 21 years old
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in attics, basements, or confined spaces as needed
