What You'll Do
You will work alongside the Plumbing Superintendent and Project Managers to support day-to-day field operations across multiple jobs. This includes helping coordinate crews, managing schedules, supporting quality control, and ensuring projects stay on track. You will be involved in planning manpower and materials, reviewing drawings, identifying jobsite issues early, and maintaining clear communication between the field and office. You will also play a key role in mentoring apprentices and developing field teams while continuing to build your own leadership skillset.

What We're Looking For
You have a solid foundation in commercial plumbing and experience leading crews in the field. You are organized, dependable, and ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to learn. You communicate well with both field teams and leadership and are motivated to grow into a full superintendent role.

Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)

5 years of plumbing experience with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or lead role

Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm, and gas systems (medical gas is a plus)

Understanding of plumbing and fuel gas codes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals

Experience supporting crew coordination, scheduling, and jobsite execution

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into leadership

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
