Day-to-Day Duties of the Client Account Manager
- Manage client onboarding and service coordination, acting as the main point of contact for LeafGuard’s installation process and post-service follow-ups.
- Oversee service logistics using LeafGuard’s CRM systems, ensuring eligibility checks, accurate documentation, and timely installation scheduling.
- Maintain organized CRM records to track customer interactions, service milestones, and account activity for reporting and campaign visibility.
- Analyze customer satisfaction and usage trends, recommending bundled upgrades, retention strategies, and upsell opportunities aligned with LeafGuard’s product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues, refine messaging, and support campaign performance across LeafGuard’s service lifecycle.
- Share client feedback and service insights to help improve LeafGuard’s delivery processes and support strategies.
What We’re Looking For in a Client Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing is a plus.
- Experience in account management, customer service, or administrative support—ideally in home improvement, retail, or service-based industries.
- Great at guiding clients through LeafGuard’s service options with clear communication and a helpful attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and proud of keeping data clean and campaigns running smoothly.
- Stays organized while juggling multiple homeowner accounts, making sure timelines and details are always on point.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
