Your Day-to-Day:
- Start conversations with homeowners and create meaningful customer connections.
- Introduce LeafGuard solutions and highlight how they can address customer needs.
- Discover what matters to each homeowner through thoughtful questions and active listening.
- Generate interest and identify qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Coordinate appointments and make sure customer information is captured correctly.
- Reconnect with prospective customers and maintain timely follow-up.
- Enter lead information and customer activity accurately into company systems.
- Work with the broader team to keep customer opportunities moving forward.
- Take part in product education, sales coaching, and professional development.
