Optometrist Opportunity – Southern Minnesota
A well-established private practice in southern Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity to enjoy a Monday–Thursday schedule with no weekends, no after-hours, and no on-call responsibilities, ensuring excellent work-life balance.

- 4-Day Work Week: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
- Patient-Centered Care:
- 14-16 full refractive exams per day
- 2-4 limited exams (IOP checks, OCT, CL/Rx checks)
- 2 emergency exams (AM & PM, day-of scheduling)
- Max 22 patient encounters/day to maintain quality care
- Highly Trained Support Staff:
- 2 technicians, 1 optician, 1 front desk staff—all cross-trained for efficiency

- Fully equipped exam lanes with Reichert, Topcon, and Marco technology
- Optos California, Heidelberg Spectralis OCT, Zeiss Humphrey Fields, Dry Eye Module

Competitive Salary & Benefits
Two Compensation Models to Choose From:
Option 1:
- $150,000 – $170,000 base salary OR 16% production-based pay, whichever is higher (paid quarterly)
- $5,000 relocation reimbursement (receipts required)
- Full benefits package
Option 2:
- $110,000 base salary OR 17% production-based pay, whichever is higher (paid monthly)
- $14,000 signing bonus ($7,000 on Day 1, $7,000 at 6 months)
- $5,000 relocation reimbursement (receipts required)
- $100,000 student loan reimbursement (long-term contract required)
- Partnership & Profit-Sharing Eligibility after 2 years
