Full-Time | Private Practice | Medical Optometry & Surgical Co-Management
We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented Optometrist (OD) to join a respected private practice in West Plains, Missouri. This is a full-scope role where you’ll provide both primary vision care and medical optometry, with the opportunity to co-manage surgical cases alongside experienced ophthalmologists.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and prescribe corrective lenses
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions (glaucoma, macular degeneration, etc.)
- Co-manage cataract, LASIK, and other ophthalmologic surgeries
- Provide patient education on eye health and treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation
What We’re Looking For
✅ Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
✅ Licensed or license-eligible in Missouri
✅ Excellent clinical skills and a passion for patient care
✅ Friendly, communicative, and collaborative attitude
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with surgical co-management
⭐ Familiarity with EHR platforms
⭐ Bilingual candidates welcome but not required
Compensation & Benefits
