Full-Time | Private Practice | Medical Optometry & Surgical Co-Management
We’re seeking a personable and skilled Optometrist (OD) to join a high-quality, patient-focused practice in Mountain Home, Arkansas. This opportunity offers full-scope optometry in a modern setting, with a strong emphasis on medical care and surgical co-management.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
- Diagnose and manage a variety of ocular diseases
- Co-manage surgical patients (cataracts, LASIK, and more)
- Provide patient education and support ongoing eye health
- Document exams and treatments using electronic health records
What We’re Looking For
✅ Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
✅ Licensed or license-eligible in Arkansas
✅ Excellent clinical and communication skills
✅ Strong team orientation and patient-first mindset
Preferred Skills
⭐ Prior experience with surgical co-management is a plus
⭐ EHR proficiency helpful (training available)
⭐ Bilingual candidates encouraged but not required
Compensation & Benefits
