Production Supervisor

Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in meeting production goals. This role drives continuous improvement and supports a collaborative team environment. The position reports to the Production Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
The salary for this role is $70,000 to $75,000/yr based on experience.

- Implement production schedules aligned with customer demand
- Monitor performance metrics and resolve inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures
- Maintain quality control across all production lines
- Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Promote cross-training for operational flexibility
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years in manufacturing or production leadership
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- EH&S compliance experience in production settings
- 5 years in manufacturing, including 3 years in leadership
