What You'll Do
- Sell D1 Training franchise opportunities
- Manage leads from first call to signed agreement
- Build relationships with franchise candidates
- Follow up with leads and keep the sales pipeline moving
- Host and lead Franchise Discovery Events for prospective franchise owners
- Track all activity in the CRM
- Report sales numbers and pipeline updates weekly
- Travel as needed for meetings and events
What Success Looks Like
- Bring qualified franchise candidates into the pipeline
- Convert qualified leads into attendees for Franchise Discovery Events
- Meet or exceed monthly franchise sales goals
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Help identify franchise owners who align with D1's values, business standards, and long-term vision
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Willing to travel as needed
- Franchise sales experience is a plus
