Turnover Cleaner – Vacation Rental Duplex (Part-Time / Per-Turn)
Location: Stevensville, MI
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to handle turnovers for our vacation rental duplex (2bedroom 1.5 bath ~1100sqrt). We manage the property remotely and need a trusted local cleaner who can keep both units guest-ready between stays.
Responsibilities
- Full clean of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas in both units
- Strip beds and remake with fresh linens; wash and restock towels
- Restock guest supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, trash bags)
- Empty trash and recycling; insert new liners
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors
- Clean appliances, sinks, mirrors, and surfaces
- Check for damage, stains, or missing items and report immediately
- Set thermostat, lights, and locks correctly for the next guest
- Text photos and confirmation on arrival and completion
Qualifications
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Experience cleaning short-term rentals, hotels, or similar turnover work preferred
- Able to complete a full duplex turnover within a 2–3 hour window
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photo updates
- Own transportation and supplies preferred
Compensation
- $100 flat rate per turnover (both units), typically 2–3 hours
- Deep cleans billed separately at an agreed rate
Schedule
- Turnovers as bookings dictate — more frequent in peak season
- Flexible, long-term opportunity with potential for additional properties as our portfolio grows
