Title 1 Part C, Education of Migratory StudentsBe on a team that supports the identification, recruitment, and academic success of eligiblemigratory children and youth (ages 3-21) by connecting home, school, and communityresources.Duties include, but are not limited to: -Identify and recruit eligible migratory students and youth within the service area, includingconducting eligibility interviews and completing required documentation-Build relationships with migratory families through visits to homes, worksites, and communitylocations to ensure access to services and support.-Provide instructional support in reading, GED preparation, life skills, and early childhooddevelopment to promote kindergarten readiness and high school competition. This support isprovided at local schools and in the homes of the migratory families.-Foster parent and family engagement by sharing program information and encouragingparticipation in school events and advisory meetings.-Serve as a liaison between families, schools, and the Title 1 Part C program, includingtranslating and interpreting as needed.-Maintain accurate, confidential student and family records and ensure compliance with all stateand federal program regulations.-Collaborate with program staff and participate in required training to stay current on bestpractices and policies.-Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating supplemental programs, including summerand in-home services.
