The Student Worker, Customer Support - 3PL assists with day-to-day support for third-party logistics customers. This position helps gather information, update systems, organize records, and provide follow-up as directed. The role supports internal teams by following established procedures and assisting with customer support tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day customer support tasks for third-party logistics customers.
- Gather and enter customer, shipment, and operational information into designated systems.
- Help monitor customer support activity and notify team members of updates or issues.
- Assist with customer follow-up by preparing information and communicating updates as directed.
- Support internal teams by organizing customer communications and operational records.
- Follow established procedures to help support consistent customer account handling.
- Assist customers and internal users with website access or customer-facing support tools.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Education:
- Currently pursuing a college degree.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, preferred

Work Hours
- Generally, between 7:00am - 7:00pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload, customer support needs, and school schedule.
- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
