The Role
We’re seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with solid general accounting experience—ideally from a mid-sized, inventory-based consumer products company. This role will oversee core accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general accounting operations
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Monitor internal controls and support audit processes
- Support financial reporting and analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership
- Improve accounting processes and drive operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) required
- 5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a mid-sized consumer products company)
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in a growth-oriented business environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in inventory-based businesses
- Background in manufacturing and/or consumer goods
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
