Supervisor, Patient Financial Counselors

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Join our mission-driven team as a Supervisor of Patient Financial Counselors, where you'll lead a dedicated group helping patients navigate their healthcare financial responsibilities. You'll oversee daily operations, coach and mentor staff, and drive process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team of about 30-35 financial counselors and Accounts Receivable Representatives

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, financial assistance programs, and healthcare laws to provide accurate advice to patients

• Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, ITDS and Clinical Operations to identify process errors and design-improved processes.

• Develop training programs and improve workflows

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred

• 3-4 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
