What You Will Work

0.5 FTE = 40 Hours every 2 weeks
Day shifts with every 3rd weekend rotation and rotating holidays
Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour

What You Will Do

Working with autonomy while collaborating across departments to better the health of your patients
Assesses the patient's cardiopulmonary status to develop, revise, implement, and evaluate a respiratory care plan
Identifies and addresses the special needs, education and training of patients and families in outpatient settings

A $15,000 sign on bonus for those with 2 years of experience - half is paid out after 6 months and the other half on day 366.
$375 towards Kettering Study Materials
$15,000 in Relocation (must meet the relocation guidelines)

What You Need

Associate degree in respiratory therapy
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT, within 2 years of hire)
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
