What You Will Work
- 0.5 FTE = 40 hours every 2 weeks
- Day shifts with every 3rd weekend rotation and rotating holidays
- Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
- Working with autonomy while collaborating across departments to better the health of your patients
- Assesses the patient's cardiopulmonary status to develop, revise, implement, and evaluate a respiratory care plan
- Identifies and addresses the special needs, education and training of patients and families in outpatient settings
- $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
- $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
- $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates
- Starting rate of $33.78/hr more for experience
- $375 towards Kettering Study Materials

- Associate degree in respiratory therapy
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT, within 2 years of hire)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
