Position Details:

• Multiple FTE available: Casual call, part-time and fulltime
• Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings

What You’ll Receive:

• $15,000 sign-on bonus for those who have 2 years of experience and $10,000 sign-on bonus for under 2 years of experience!
• Starting rate of $30.85/hr more for experience
• $375 toward Kettering study materials
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance (for candidates with 2 year of RT experience who meet relocation guidelines)

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
