This role blends project management, research methodology, and data analysis to ensure projects are executed efficiently, rigorously, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate clinical and operational questions into structured, measurable research studies
- Lead research and quality improvement projects from concept development through execution and dissemination
- Develop project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Identify data sources, support data collection and analysis, and interpret findings into actionable insights
- Proactively identify and remove barriers to keep projects on track
- Develop research protocols, tools, and documentation to ensure methodological rigor
- Support scholarly dissemination efforts, including abstracts, manuscripts, presentations, and posters
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, clinicians, and learners on research design, methods, and data interpretation
- 1.0 FTE, 40 hours a week
- Monday - Friday, Days
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
- Starting salary of $59,800 more for experience

- Bachelor’s degree required in statistics, STEM field, public health, sociology, psychology or a health-related field
- 3-5 years' experience in research coordination, project management, or healthcare analytics
- Strong understanding of research methodology, study design, and quality improvement principles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret quantitative data
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
