Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System Sparta leadership team is hiring for an individual to manage the operational and administrative functions and activities of Family Medicine and Therapy. This Regional Clinic Manager partners and works collaboratively with Section Chair, Regional Administration, and system manager/directors to achieve department, clinic, regional and organizational strategic goals. This position will provide operational leadership, support, and oversight to 36 direct reports, and oversee the financials as well as strategic priorities. In addition, this individual has direct responsibility for managing employee performance to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operation, serves as a resource to staff and other departments.

What You Will Work
- FTE: 1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly)
- Shift: Monday – Friday, core business hours
- Location: Sparta, WI
- Organizational Strategy and Implementation -- Understanding market trends and the impact on their AOR, contributing to AOR strategic and operational plans, translating these plans, and ensuring the understanding, alignment and commitment of AOR staff.
- Fiscal Management -- Effectively using established processes to ensure accountability for effective operations and resource management.
- Human Resource Management -- Effectively using established processes to: select, align, engage, develop, manage, and retain a team of highly skilled staff.
- Excellence in Service and Clinical Quality -- Achieving seamless delivery of quality patient care and safety, excellence in patient experience and customer service.
- Organizational Leadership -- Providing leadership and accomplishing objectives by ensuring the integration of processes and initiatives while modeling collaboration.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-4 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
- Valid drivers license
