Gundersen Health System is seeking a Full-Time Patient Attendant within our Patient Experience Department. Be one of the first people to make a great impression on patients and their loved ones when they arrive at Gundersen!
What You Will Do
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)
- Monday through Friday between 7:00am - 4:00 pm; weekend rotation (approximately every 7 weeks); holiday rotation
- Patient Attendants provide a warm and responsive greeting to those visiting our hospital and clinic
- Check in visitors and assist with wayfinding
- Starting pay of $16.11 more for experience

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year in a role that works with the public
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Adequate computer skills
- Ability to push wheelchairs and be on your feet
