Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to enhance guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, and elevators by sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe workspace.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional custodial service with energy and enthusiasm.
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic!
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus.
