Duties
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to promote efficiency and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas.
- Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth service flow during busy hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing fast food or quick service restaurant environments.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising hospitality teams.
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices such as budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and shift management.
