Overview

We need a reliable person to keep our buildings, plumbing, and electrical systems running smoothly. You must have real experience with tools and general building repairs.

What you will do:

  • Fix plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling (HVAC) systems.
  • Handle basic painting, carpentry, and building fixes.
  • Run routine inspections to find and fix issues early.

Requirements:

  • You must already know how to do property maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • You must pass a drug screen before starting.
  • Ability to read simple diagrams, use power tools, and work well with others.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $14 - $25
