Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, independent handyman to handle property repairs.
Required Experience & Skills in one or more of the following:
- Drywall & Paint: Patching holes, minor texturing, and touch-up painting.
- Basic Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
- Basic Electrical: Swapping out light fixtures, switches, outlets, and ceiling fans.
- Carpentry: Repairing doors, adjusting locks, installing trim, and assembling furniture.
- Hardwood Flooring: Experience installing, repairing, or replacing hardwood floor planks.
- Roofing Repair: Patching minor roof leaks, replacing shingles, and sealing flashing.
- Foundation Reinforcement: Basic knowledge of masonry, crack repair, or stabilizing foundation walls.
Requirements:
- Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Must bring your own standard hand and power tools.
- Proven experience working independently on structural and cosmetic home repairs.
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
