We're looking for a Senior Plumbing Estimator in the Austin area to lead bids on large commercial projects, including high-rises and data centers, for a mechanical contractor expanding in Central Texas.

Responsibilities
- Manage estimating for complex commercial and mission-critical projects.
- Provide technical leadership to estimators.
- Set pricing strategy for the Austin market.
- Work with business development on client relationships and pursuits.
- Identify contract risks and opportunities.
- Lead preconstruction services and design-build estimating.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and specialty subs.
- Take part in go or no-go decisions on major pursuits.
Must-Haves
- Eight or more years of senior commercial plumbing estimating.
- Demonstrated wins on large competitive bids.
- Expert knowledge of Texas codes and the Austin construction market.
- Team leadership experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Semiconductor or data center project exposure.
- Design-build background.
