We're looking for an Applied Service Manager in the Phoenix area to run a chiller and central plant service team: water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, centrifugal and magnetic-bearing machines, cooling towers, and process cooling.

- Grow the applied service book in the Phoenix market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and technically support applied technicians on chillers, towers, and process cooling.
- Own the service P&L: revenue, gross margin, and technician utilization.
- Perform site surveys and build repair estimates for current and prospective customers.
- Run safety meetings, technician evaluations, and field ride-alongs.
- Schedule PM work with dispatch and sales and support new account growth.
- Manage fleet, specialized tooling, and parts inventory.
Must-Haves
- Ten or more years in HVACR on large-tonnage applied equipment.
- Five or more years managing or supervising HVAC technicians.
- Deep centrifugal and magnetic-bearing chiller knowledge, including teardowns.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Stable work history, living in the Phoenix metro or willing to relocate.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with service management software.
- Manufacturer factory training on major chiller lines.
