TITLE: Digital Operations Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Digital Operations Manager

OBJECTIVE:
Supports the Digital Operations team through reporting, website updates, content support, and digital communications. Assists with tools such as SnapSea and analytics platforms to ensure accuracy, creativity, and consistency across Visit Alabama’s Beaches’ digital channels. Reviews social media content weekly to ensure alignment with current campaigns and brand messaging.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A college degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in digital content coordination, web or email marketing, or analytics.
3. Familiarity with Drupal, WordPress, GA4, CRM databases, and email marketing platforms preferred.
4. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
6. Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
Devoted Duties
30%: Website Support and Reporting
- Assist with monthly analytics and performance reporting.
- Support weekly website checks for accuracy and functionality.
- Edit and update web content as needed, including the Beach Safety page (weekdays).
- Create and maintain landing pages in coordination with the Digital Operations Manager and Specialist to support marketing campaigns and key initiatives
- Assist with monthly website tasks and visual updates.
- Collaborate with the Digital Operations Manager and Specialist on digital performance insights.
- Manage CrazyEgg setup and reporting to support ongoing optimization efforts.
