Responsibilities:
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing and shaping using tools such as trowels, floats, and brushes.
- Pour, level, and finish concrete for various projects, including driveways, sidewalks and foundations.
- Set and monitor forms to ensure correct alignment, depth, and angle before pouring concrete.
- Work with a team to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards on all job sites.
- Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections an correct as needed
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or construction plans.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Perferred Skills:
- Certification in concrete finishing or related fields is a plus

Work Environment: Willingness to work 50 hours a week, including out-of-doors under varying climatic conditions. Noise level is high. Employee may experience occasional pressure due to multiple tasks and deadlines.
