JOB Description
Concrete Finisher Foreman (Experienced)
Gulf Coast Utility Contractors is currently accepting applications for the position of Concrete Finisher Foreman for its Panama City, Florida office. MUST HAVE previous concrete finisher foreman experience. Competitive wages and benefits available. References will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and supervise finishing crew.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule daily work activities, ensuring that the crew meets project deadlines and milestones.
- Supervise the Pour, level, and finishing of concrete for various projects, including driveways, sidewalks and foundations.
- Supervise the setting of forms and monitor to ensure correct alignment, depth, and angle before pouring concrete.
- Work with a team to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards on all job sites.
- Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections an correct as needed
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher Foreman.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or construction plans.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Perferred Skills:
- Certification in concrete finishing or related fields is a plus

Work Environment: Willingness to work 50 hours a week, including out-of-doors under varying climatic conditions. Noise level is high. Employee may experience occasional pressure due to multiple tasks and deadlines.
