Position Responsibilities:
- Asphalt roller operations to adhere to FDOT specifications.
- Site preparation, patching, and repair work.
- Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality paving projects..
- Following safety procedures and job site standards.
- Knowledge of Material Transfer Vehicle (shuttle buggy) ground personnel a plus.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in all phase of asphalt paving
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work night shift as required
- Knowledge of paving equipment and best practices
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work long hours when required
