We’re hiring reliable, hardworking Landscape Crew Leaders to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment or with minimal oversight while being a part of something bigger than themselves.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing) and other landscape projects
• Safely operate motorized landscaping equipment & tools
• Maintain clean and organized job sites while providing excellent customer service on each property
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards while working efficiently as part of a team or individually to complete daily routes

The Physical Side

This role requires physical stamina — frequent walking, bending, lifting, and handling equipment.

You’ll be active and outdoors every day, so bring your best attitude and energy!

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation & Ability to tow a trailer safely and confidently
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong work ethic & positive attitude along & Ability to work in all-weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions & work independently or as team
• Punctuality is critical - If you're not 15 minutes early, you're late

Work Schedule & Pay

• Typical work week: Monday through Friday | Optional Saturday work may be available (not required)
• Compensation starts at $16 per hour Monthly Commission Opportunity from add-ons as indicated
• Paid every MONDAY morning via Direct Deposit for the week prior
• Annual Retention Bonus paid in March for the preceding calendar year (13 months)
• Employee Referral Bonus after 90 days
• Birthday Bonus & Lunch for the Crew
