Position Overview: Landscape Crew Member

As aLandscape Crew Member, you'll support daily construction and maintenance operations by completing essential tasks with quality and care.

Essential Duties Of a Landscape Crew Member

• Mow, edge, weed, mulch, and install landscape features
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow production rates and project plans accurately
• Handle tools like shovels, rakes, hoes, and wheelbarrows
• Ensure installations align with company standards
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and report unsafe conditions
• Promote safety and environmental best practices
• Perform additional duties as needed
  
  

Preferred Experience For Landscape Crew Member

• At least 1 year in the landscaping industry (preferred but not required)
  
  

Skills & Qualifications Of a Great Landscape Crew Member

• Team-focused with strong communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Knowledge of safe landscaping practices and tool use
  
  

Working Conditions
